USC’s new 6-story above-grade parking structure was constructed adjacent to the Shrine Auditorium on the site of an existing surface parking lot, with entries and exits on Jefferson Boulevard and 32nd Street. CWE provided site civil design for the new parking structure on the 1.6-acre site.
