Preparing Project Report (PR) for relocation of the northbound off-ramp, which involved geometric study of alternatives to replace the existing overcrossing considering adjacent impacted parcels and utilities. The overcrossing included a complex drainage piping system, which would be replicated through the new overcrossing to provide drainage to the ocean outlet. Project included traffic study geometrics and fact sheets, construction staging, coordination with environmental document preparation, structure analysis, and utility relocation/modification.
